Stephanie A. Fierros-Galimberti & Paolo Galimberti
Stephanie A. Fierros-Galimberti and her husband Paolo Galimberti together decided to create Boutique Del Vino by Galimberti, a wine import and wholesale company that represents their love, appreciation for culture, and the journey that brought them together. Stephanie grew up in the border town of Brownsville, TX, where she learned to embrace her Mexican cultural roots while simultaneously aspiring to pursue the American Dream. She moved to Dallas, Texas to attend school at UT Southwestern Medical Center as she always had a passion for medicine and empathy for people; she completed her degree and actively practices family medicine as a physician associate. Paolo is an authentic Italian, born and raised in Novara, Italy. In 2022 he followed his ambitions and moved to the United States to pursue training in the aviation industry and obtained his Bachelors in Air Transport Science and FAA license. The city of Dallas became more than just a place where they completed their education, but also the place they met the person they would build a life with. Beyond their love for healing and aviation, together they found another passion. Both the city’s energy and their shared entrepreneurial spirit became a catalyst that fueled their ambition to build a company together. Together, they created a business that carried a deep meaning- one that celebrated who each of us are as people. The Galimberti's have a deep appreciation for cultural roots as they strongly believe they are a reminder of the rich histories that influence us and thus influence this beautiful country.
