ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Intense ruby ​​red color with purple reflections. Broad and intense aroma with fruity hints of vanilla and liquorice. Full-bodied flavor, light vanilla aftertaste
VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Fermentation in stainless steel for 8-10 days at a controlled temperature ranging from 25 to 31°C. Followed by refinement in second and third passage barriques for approximately 14 months
