PRODUCTION AREA
Produced from grapes grown in the vineyards of the Barolo production zone.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Intense and deep garnet red color. Characteristic and intense aroma, very persistent, with hints of sweet wood and vanilla. Dry, well-structured taste.

VINIFICATION AND AGING
Aged in wooden barrels for a period no less than 18 months.

ALCOHOL CONTENT - NET CONT
14% vol. - 750ML

SERVING TEMPERATURE
18-20°C. Open the bottle at least one hour before drinking.

FOOD PAIRING
A classic wine for roasts, especially red meats, and expertly complements game. Often used in Langhe cuisine to enhance dishes such as “Brasato di Barolo” and “Hare in Civet.” Excellent with hard cheeses or as a meditation wine outside of meals.

NOTES
It is undoubtedly the most prestigious Italian wine, a cornerstone of the Langhe and Piedmont tradition. An exclusive product vinified only in particularly favorable vintages. Limited bottles available.

PACKAGING
Bordeaux bottle (910g), packaging entirely handmade with sealing wax.

 

Produced in Italy.

Contains sulfites.
