Intense ruby red color. Intense and persistent aroma with hints of violet. Full-bodied wine with sweet and velvety tannins that make it unmistakable.VINIFICATION AND AGING
The grapes are fermented together for 8 days at a controlled temperature. It is then aged in second- and third-passage barriques for about 14 months.ALCOHOL CONTENT - NET CONT.

Pairs well with red meats and game. Ideal with hare in peppers.NOTES
